Title of the Innovation: Lateral flow based rapid assay for the differential sero-diagnosis of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis complex (mtbc) infection in animals
Brief About Innovation
Brief: The present technology is based on lateral flow assay based rapid differential diagnosis of tuberculosis infection in domestic animals. Present prototype has been improved for the antigen coating concentration, type of membrane and type of conjugate in order to improve the overall sensitivity of the kit. Single strip for differential diagnosis will be used for differential diagnosis
